Portfolio Management & Raising Money for Private Equity Deals.  He has worked for such major firms
as Bear Stearns, Merrill Lynch, and Sutro & Co.


Christian Roberts, Director of Sales and Marketing

Manhattan based, Mr. Roberts brings 10 years of marketing and sales experience to the company. 
He began his career in the direct marketing industry as an account executive at Acxiom / Direct Media. 
Mr. Roberts comes to us after having worked as George Soros' personal education consultant for five
years.  He holds BA degrees in Literature and Philosophy.

Kipley J. Lytel

 
Kipley J. Lytel, CFA is a Managing Partner with money management firm Montecito Capital Management, portfolio manager of Montecito Hedged Strategies Fund, and advises several Wall Street equity research firms.Mr. Lytel has served as Director & COO (PCMC:Go Public Today) of a firm that takes companies public.He also has served as a lead securities analyst for M.L. Stern & Company & has performed portfolio management duties during his employment with Hedge Funds:Pacific Strategic Fund Group,Pegasus Holdings & DD Capital Management. Mr. Lytel was featured in Forbes Magazine as the 10 most Dependable Wealth Managers in Southern California for 2008.
Mr. Lytel has over fifteen years of investment finance experience, with expertise in equity valuation, taking companies public, credit analysis, private placements, portfolio management and buy/sell recommendations. He received his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Peter F. Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University, where he also received his undergraduate Bachelors of Arts (BA) degree in Economics. Mr. Lytel holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation, is an active member of CFA Institute and the Los Angeles Society of Financial Analysts (LASFA). He served as a grader/senior grader in the CFA® Examination Grading Program for CFA Institute and has been a Regional Expert for CFA Institute's advisory panel on investment management. Mr. Lytel has been referenced/cited in Wall Street Journal, Business Week, Barons, Forbes, Bloomberg Wealth Magazine, Financial Planning Magazine, among others.




 

Waheed Hassan
Waheed Hassan, CFA Director of Research
Mr. Hassan has worked as a Senior Research analyst with Indosuez W.I. Carr Securities, UBS Warburg, and an affiliate of Merrill Lynch. He was rated amongst #1 Financial Sector research analysts in The Reuters
Survey of Global Emerging Markets 1998. Similarly, he was a member of the #1 rated research team according to The Reuters Survey of Global Emerging Markets 1999 and Euromoney Awards for Excellence 2000. He is a member of AIMR, and got his MBA with Beta Gamma Sigma honor membership from
Vanderbilt University. He has been featured in the Entrepreneur Magazine, and quoted in The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg and Reuters.

 

Andre Garnet
Andre Garnet, Senior Research Analyst
Mr. Garnet brings fifteen years of experience as an equity research analyst as well as specialized expertise in the healthcare and biotechnology sectors. Mr. Garnet's prior experience includes work as a Senior Analyst at firms such as Prudential Securities, SouthCoast Capital and A.G. Edwards. He was also a Managing Director at Ladenburg Thalmann. His earlier experience includes building and heading an internal consulting unit that specialized in strategic planning and M&A for WR Grace & Co. as well as heading an analytical chemistry laboratory for Ciba Geigy (now Novartis). Mr. Garnet earned Belgian undergraduate and graduate degrees in Biochemistry, has an MBA degree in Finance from Pace University, and a business education acquired mostly
at Harvard Business School.

 

Alex Vozian
Alexandru Vozian is a Senior Analyst. He joined the company in 2003 and has been covering the Technology, Healthcare and Services sectors. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Vozian held economist positions at two commercial banks. Mr. Vozian earned his bachelor's degree in finance from the Academy of Economic Studiesof Moldova in 2000.
